Only in Texas
February began with the first few days of ice and snow. Then after a week of ice and snow it took another week for the snow to melt. It was time for a COOK OUT!!! February 13th was a wonderful weekend and we took full advantage of some very needed sun.Ribs and corn on cob sounded sooo good accompanied with black bean quinoa salad.

Day four in Graham Texas we have had Ice,Snow and more Snow; in this part of Texas we are not used to this much ice and snow. Schools and restaurants are closed and the roads are either covered in snow or ice.Wow, we are almost shut in.I am Glad that we had a Jeep to get around. On the fives day every thing was so much better; the only bad news was the weather forecast there is more snow coming. I thought that the Ground Hog did NOT see his shadow.This should mean spring is coming sooooon.( I hope)
