Run for the Children is a great event that we have in Graham Texas every year in May.

On a warm Saturday morning in May we decided to ride our  bicycles downtown to eat breakfast. We usually eat breakfast out on Saturday mornings. As we arrived downtown we saw some old time cars on the square. After some investigating we found out that there was going to be a car show that afternoon. Always something fun happening in good old down town Graham Texas.  We came back later that day and had a fun time seeing some great cars. The Lions Club carnival was going on at the same time. Just a busy weekend!



Wow this means it is time to go home.



2011 April

April was a hard month for Texas. We had no rain in quite some time. Every thing is so dry. The winds this year have been very strong and changing direction almost daily. This combination just makes it ideal for fires. So far we had over 1 million acres that burned in wildfires.

April,what a month !!!
